In need of an update
At the time of writing (Nov 2023) this app has not been updated for a year. Every time I switch focus back to the app it says I am offline (when I am not) and I have to force quit the app to get it to realise it is actually online. At this point I can then access the data I need to get to. This happens multiple times each day.
It is also impossible to see SEN provision in the iOS app. The only way to do this is through the web browser. This defeats one of the main uses of the app for our school.

Crashes Constantly
Works once then you have to relaunch not worth the hassle doesn’t function
Will just have to use on a desktop which defeats the purpose of trying to reduce workload on the go!

Shockingly poor
Works once or twice, logs you out, doesn’t send password resets - all the while the desktop version is working. Absolute shambles for a busy secondary school teacher to be using.
Basic functionality not there
Seating plans are zoomed in and it is basically impossible to zoom out. I cannot access pupils, announcements or activity tabs. The buttons just don’t work.

Teachers should not be thinking that CC can be used on a phone in a lesson. Functionality is limited to screen size… don’t use your phones in lesson! Get a cheap tablet.. life saver

This is a very poor app. It might work once or twice and then it crashes. I just get a white screen so I have to uninstall and then reinstall it. I want to be able to use this on the go and from home but it’s useless.

Needs developing quickly
- When taking a register on an iPhone the screen zooms in and you can’t see the pupils first name.
- If I take the register and submit it, then a pupil arrives late at the lesson and I need to amend the register. I can’t just amend them, I have to go through and complete the register again because the pupil below me mark gets removed.
- I can’t select another register for the next period. I have to restart the app.
I have no doubt that their are other impracticalities but I do not want to use the app on an iPhone anymore than I have too at this stage.
This app has potential to be excellent but at the moment it is not practical or efficient and needs updating quickly.
