Sound quality is appalling. Do something!
What is happening to the sound quality? Since I switched to the iPhone 17 the audio quality has noticeably dropped. It sounds flat, muffled and distorted, like a 1962 stereo. There is a clear loss of depth and clarity. Vocals sound boxed in. At higher volumes, the sound becomes harsh and compressed. It feels like stream is low quality or not optimised for newer devices. This happens consistently so it does not feel like a one off glitch.
This is my favourite radio station of all time and even more so now that I no longer live in the country. This station is how I stay connected to the music and the Naija vibe that has made it my go-to for over a decade. Sound quality really matters for that experience.
At the moment the poor audio is stopping me from listening as often as I used to which is disappointing given how much I love the station.
Please prioritise fixing the sound quality first. Once that is sorted we can talk about other issues.
