Poor app system
Not a friendly app in the system to say you not there for a week and renew parking and it calculate from the day u apply and you will waste your one week parking in view it is not following renewal date. Such a stupid app. They just want to earn your money . Despite paying for monthly pass at night when u got back there is no parking available and you have to drive all the way to another floor which is dark and gloomy .

This app is the only payment method for the motorcycle parking,need to topup for this app to pay the parking fee

App is down during visit
The overall experience was bad. Registration was difficult and password reset email was sent to Spam. During our visit, the vendors asked us to top up the app wallet for all purchases, and upon top-up, was told app was done and cannot transact. Too ambitious to be a SuperApp but not capable to handle it.

Cannot log in
I cannot log into the icity app. I have bought tickets online at the website and paid. The only way to redeem is through the app, but i cannot login using the username and password given at the email. Very stressful. Already contacted customer service, hope i will get a reply.

Dirty air keep at the same place for days without circulation and everyone breath the air in?? No clean air ventilation at each of these floors’ lift area once the glass door is closed: UG, P1, P2, P3, P4 and the B floors. No air suction system to suck the exhaled gas out OMG does it just keep the dirty from everyone’s lungs there day after day?? Whoever comes later breaths in the dirty air from other people’s lungs into their lungs?
Hope it’s not just the same air there… for how long I don’t know? It’s time to install an air suction system! Or at least provide clean oxygen gas 24/7 at the lifts areas.
Mute your 🔇phone!! Lousy car park system! 2 weeks after top up for 3 months of parking, it still announced “your parking is expiring soon”! Users should mute the phone so your visitors don’t misunderstand u as a “bad tenant”.
