Software glitches

Since the last several Apple updates,I have not been able to get this game to run through more than one or two screens without it locking up/freezing in mid play. This started with my Iphone 16 and I have not been able to get it fixed. I have deleted the game several times after downloading it again and it still freezes. Any suggestions?

Ruined the game!

I couldn’t play my game until I updated. Now I’m ready to delete it, you play for 10 seconds then have to spend a minute or 2 closing out ads for new downloads. I have enjoyed playing for 4 years, but this may be the end!

There are ads but it’s a nice puzzle

It’s one of the more challenging Mahjong puzzles here at the AppStore. There’re some ads at the end of each puzzle that are somewhat Ann, hence the 3 stars

App crashing since update

I enjoy the game but since the last update the app crashes as soon as I select the layout I want.

Can’t get listed annual fee of $22.49

Knocking off 3 stars for misinformation. In the app description it shows an annual fee of $22.49 or $29.99. Of course I’d rather have the lower price. When I tried to subscribe it is not an option. The game itself is very good - the best looking tiles, easy to see, challenging, fun. It would be a 5 star review if what is advertised is actually available. Developers?

Good game but way too many ads

I like playing this version of mahjongg, but the ads are far too many and far too long. Even worse - they are for other versions of mahjong and/or cheesier matching games. If I wanted worse games, I would have downloaded them instead! Played for an hour until I got too frustrated and deleted it. False advertising- because of the ads, this game is NOT relaxing.

No rules?

I know I’m supposed to match tiles but matching tiles don’t respond most of the time. I’d appreciate some guidelines or rules, otherwise this goes no where and is incredibly boring. And Hints don’t work. I’d also appreciate a one time low fee to stop ads.

What do the tiles mean?

Add keep freezing my tablet

I have played mahjong solitaire for at least 3 years and I love the game. But lately the advertisements will freeze my app, I know better than to shut it down or try to shut it down before the end and that’s aggravating enough but especially this new poker ad that give you an opportunity to skip it actually will not let you get back to game even if I dont “skip ad” I need to power off my tablet then come back. I will try to find another majong game as I I not like being held hostage,especially by an app I would never consider getting.

Love this game

This is My favorite game!
However it’s frustrating that you can’t x out of an ad. It freezes so I have to delete the app and reinstall..

Best Majong App

Truly the best Majong app on the market. I wish there were more than 3 free layouts. It’s a shame that so many apps have moved to subscription services nowadays; I would happily make a bigger one-time payment to permanently unlock the rest of the layouts but paying $30 every year is unjustifiable.

Fun but needs option for landscape view on ipad

Also I can put up with short ads but when they are LONG it’s extremely annoying

Unwanted changes

I have played this game fir years & never minded that I very rarely can win but what I do mind is the change you have brought about by placing the adverts at the top instead of the bottom which is so totally distracting that it has completely ruined my concentration & enjoyment of the game so very likely will delete it such a shame after all this time !

Great Game

Arkadium’s Mahjongg Solitaire is on AARP games, where I first played it. It’s a great game that actually challenges the brain without sacrificing the fun. The tile set is beautifully done and there are three basic game layouts, plus upgrades. You can check your statistics if you want. There are no “coins” to collect or other hoops to jump through. I really love Arkadium’s version of Mahjongg Solitaire, love playing this game!
The ONLY downside is when the game ends and you select Play Again or Main Menu, you must endure a pitch for some other game app, usually something lame, boring, or silly. I’d rather see an ad with a “Skip Ad” button, so I could get back to playing more quickly and experience far less frustration.

Timers a let down but that’s just me

Personally I would like to play with out a timer but that’s my preference. I also would have liked to get ride of adds with without a subscription. Over all great game flow and graphics are pretty good. I really enjoyed playing it but the timer aspect is a downer. I just don’t do good with timed anything. Thanks though
