Love the app, but it crashes at random.
I really love this app, and would give it five stars, but it will crash at random (on two different machines, both Macs). Starts right back up and works when that happens, but it could use some reworking. It’s been a few weeks since this happened, so possibly their recent update fixed it, so don’t be thrown off using it!

WRTI is incredible
I’ve been a decade-long listener and have loved the programming decisions the team has made over the years. Covers the full range of Philly jazz & beyond. The app is great and especially love that there’s a CarPlay interface. Would love a high quality streaming service in the future but the current quality is pretty good. Thanks for all the jams!

I love that this station has an app! I’ve been a fan of this station for 26 years. I mainly listen to the jazz, salsa and now afro beats shows. Now I don't miss out. It’s great one the go and at home. I also love the addage of some new music hours too!

Of course I love WRTI, and am very pleased they now have this excellent app. Great support for getting playlists, and even a CarPlay interface!!! FYI I would pay extra for higher quality streaming although the current quality is OK.
Great App — High Quality Jazz Stream (or Classical)
High Quality Jazz Stream. This speaks to both the quality of the Jazz programming and the quality and reliability of the stream. Also great Classical for when the mood strikes (which it does sometimes ;) )
Not your average classical radio
Much better mix of classical and uncommon works. Not the same classical top 40, and the sound quality is top.

I have fond memories of spending Friday nights after work with WRTI Jazz many years ago. Friday night mixtape has done more to expand my musical vocabulary than any other transmission I’ve ever picked up! It’s wonderful to be able to tune in from the Live Freeze and Die state of NH and keep the positive vibes flowing.

So happy to have discovered WRTI !!
I used to listen to my local not affiliate radio station but got tired of a couple of the programs and the repetitive “news” stories. Around the time of the election, I had to find something else to listen to because it was nothing but election coverage. I love WRTI — terrific music and when news does come on, I can take a break for a little bit.

A great app!
I followed WRTI through their website for a few months before I realized they had an app. The layout is simple and I find all the programming interesting. Compared to other music playlists or stations, I enjoy how the pieces selected truly cover all genres of instrumental and opera music instead of just the recognizable works.
