What's the hitch?
Evidently you need some other program that a district purchases for this to work. The log in screen doesn't let you set up an account, only log into an existing account. Nothing in the description indicated that it is useless as a stand alone app.

Great tool for administrators! The capability to use your own district template on the iPad makes this a must have. The tech support team is also top notch responding in a timely manner and providing super support for users!
