Helps our family stay connected with school
Big improvement over earlier version. Seems to keep getting better. Makes it a lot easier to stay in touch with what is happening at my daughter’s school.
Should be better
Our school moved from another app to this one and everyone is struggling. The app does have some organization for photos, news, and messages. However the messaging notifications have consistently been a problem which is such an essential function for parents. I also don’t get an update when new photos are added and it’s not easy to see this when I am logged into the app. The app has to be better, it’s too important.

The icon in the upper left of the app does nothing. In the profile country is spelled: “Contry”. There isn’t really a homepage which makes navigating confusing.

Greetings, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The typo you mentioned has been corrected in our latest update, along with several other improvements. Regarding navigation — the main menu can be accessed using the navigation icon in the bottom right corner of the screen, which provides quick access to all sections of the app. The item in the upper left corner isn’t a button, but rather a page title. Apple’s new “liquid glass” interface style can make it appear clickable. We appreciate your note and hope you’ll explore the updated version for an even smoother experience.
