I’ve been using this app on and off the past couple years, and it’s always been such a good help with organizing my classes!
One thing that I wanted to suggest is making it so that you can add more times to a class after it’s already been made. I noticed that I can change the times when I go back to edit but I have to delete the class to add more of them.

It would be nice if you could schedule a class over multiple days when adding a new class.
Great App
I would only like some improvements on the tasks section. I think it would be better if notes only show up when the task is clicked on. Just to make it look cleaner (it can be a little overwhelming to see everything). It would also be great to be able to organize tasks by class along side date and title. These would just make it more convenient to use, but I did just start college and this app has made my classes so easy to organize. Thank you!

Hi, thank you for the positive review, it means a lot and I’m glad you find ClassTime useful. Regarding task notes, You can hide them from the tasks list by going to ClassTime (in the menubar) Settings > Tasks and setting ‘Tasks Notes Preview’ to none. They’ll only be shown in the details pane when you click the task. Presently you can click the filter icon (3 lines in a circle) and then see tasks of each class individually, but I’ll look into adding an option to organise all tasks by class right in the list. Very useful app
The app lets keep track of classes which is really great. Also lets us to save the links for online classes. Totally recommend do check it out
Amazing and well worth the money
I started using this app a few days back and was so impressed with the functionality as well as the ui/ux that i decided to go for the pro version. I was not disappointed.

Stay Organized
Simple and easy to use interface. I love the calendar integration. Very happy to see that it wasn’t another subscription app. One-time purchase of Pro is a great value and makes importing and scanning class notes simple and fast.
Widgets look great and are actually pretty helpful.
A couple suggestions for future updates:
- support for Intel Macs (sadly I don’t have M1 yet!)
- add multiple tags to a task
- Siri shortcut for my next class/task
