Exactly I was looking for!!!
After months of fruitless searching for an app that would create a simple database of other apps I’ve tried, I found Clastly, which provides an extremely simple yet infinitely customizable input form for all of the information I want to record. I was disappointed initially by how limited the view functionality was, but after the most recent update I can say that this is the best user-friendly app of its kind.

Easy to use
I really like how simple the interface is. It’s very easy to use without all the clutters, like icons and such. Fields are customizable, too.
I have only two small issues. I wish I could change between light and dark mode within the app, and I wish there is a way to export the collection in the case of I switch phones or such
