FAQ

What is Claw Games?

Claw Games allows you to play real, live claw and crane machines directly from your mobile device. You can win actual prizes, such as Disney merchandise, which will then be shipped to your address.

How do I win prizes?

You play real mechanical claw machines through live video streaming. The goal is to successfully grab a prize with the claw. Successful grabs mean you win the prize, which can then be shipped to you.

Is there a cost to play?

The app is free to download and play, but it is ad-supported. While you can play for free, in-app purchases are likely available for gameplay or to enhance your experience, though specific details on purchase options are not provided.

What are the benefits of reaching the second level?

Reaching the second level in the game unlocks free shipping for your won prizes. It also grants you exclusive access to special VIP claw machines, offering potentially different or more desirable prizes.

What if a machine malfunctions?

The app uses real mechanical claw machines, which can occasionally malfunction. If you encounter any issues during gameplay, you can contact their support team directly at support@claw.games for assistance.
