I finnaly get the Spider-Man and then guess what it doesn’t even give me the prize I asked for. Don’t download this game it is the worst claw machine game ever.

I paid for coins and the machines gave me stocke error while the cameras kept freezing. I emailed support but they never responded yet I can see people refilling the machines. Don't do it.

As another reviewer wrote, prizes NEVER ship. I won 2 prizes (real prizes, not the puzzle pieces), and it’s been 4 months. They are still “waiting for shipment”. No email response…nothing. It’s fun to waste time, but don’t pay for coins or expect any prizes.

Waiting on prize shipping for over 4 months.
I finally won 2 prizes and requested shipping. The prizes have not been shipped. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times with no reply. This app is definitely just out to take your money and not send you the prizes you win.
prize mix up?
I downloaded the game and it had some figures I was interested in playing for, I played for one figure and actually won it but it says I won an item dealing with “hulk”. I didn’t play for hulk I played for the figure that was shown on the advertisement, very disappointed. I then played again for another figure only for it to pop up as iron man this time iron man not the figure I played for. I’m very confused with what happened, if I’m getting something mixed up, please give me a better understanding.

I won a couple prizes and grab one thing and the claw wouldn’t let it go down the chute. I look at my prize list and the ones I did win says I failed...I know for sure I didn’t fail. I have screenshots. I sent company an email so will see. If anything it’s good to practice on for other claw games. Save your money.

Glitchy, lies about prizes (what's pictured isn't what you win) and winnings never show up.
Glitchy af- claw returns to its original spot for no reason in the middle of playing, there's no camera to see at different angles, the buttons take a long time to register and the claw will release without you pushing the button to do so. They also lie about what prizes you'll win: I played one of their claw machines because on the picture it showed a One Piece lamp (I love One Piece) and the lamp looked dope! And guess what I ended up winning it on my third try but guess what again- I didn't actually win what was pictured but instead I won a stupid super hero puzzle for kids... tf? I've played a lot of claw machine apps and NOT ONCE did they pull this bs. What's even the point? You show a picture of an item mislead people and make them think that that's what they'll win, they play it potentially win it and it ends up being a different item.. are you just trying to get rid of stock no one wants? Or is it to scam people so they'll spend money thinking they'll get these cool a** prizes but in reality give them some ugly puzzle you can get at Dollar General for $1.00? Fine whatever I decided to get my ugly a** puzzle (and mope that I didn't get my cool One Piece lamp 😢😢😢😢😢) I won so I go on my prizes page to see how to get it shipped and guess what it's not even showing up.
