Hey for anyone looking to buy this DO IT!!! It is oh so fun 🤩 and gives you rewards! I do have an idea though. What if there was like a search bar so you could look up prizes and what if there was a suggestion box (or chat lol) to suggest a prize? Anyways I hope you use one of my ideas!

Great game, the features are very limiting but I was able to win a cute plushie for absolutely free, I didn’t buy any tokens and didn’t have to pay for shipping
It’s ok, but it’s mostly rigged
It’s an entertaining game with multiple cool prizes, but some of the claws are rigged. For example, the claw machine where you can get 10 coins if you win, the claw literally lets go of the prize before it even gets to the chute. You have to be EXTREMELY lucky to win on that. I do like how the shipping is free, but the claws need to be fixed.

Ok everything was going great I spent a few bucks at a time and then I was like hey that got some good stuff on here ands then I ran out of coins I spend 100$ 5 seconds later it glitches out and doesn’t even give me a refund TERRIBLE WARNING DO NOT DOWNLOAD RIP OFF

Don’t waste your time, support is terrible
This game was great for a short time. It quickly went south when the queue for the free coins game was long and took several minutes to get through. Then they added ads to the free cook game. So in addition to waiting in a queue, you had to sit though constant adds, like 7 ads til you could even get to the game play! When you reach out with support and feedback, instead of being met with great customer service, you are talked down to and you are told you have a “tone” when you stand up for yourself and reiterate your point. Their support just tends to make excuses and then mansplain how claw machine games work and then ban you from their discord because they don’t like your feedback and honesty about how bad the game got after the ads. There are way better games out there such as Claw Toys, Arcademy, and Winner Winner. Thomas needs to be fired.

Great Game
The game is very fun but you can't see the other players playing and there's always a lot of people in line to get the prize and I wish there was a free way to get coins but besides that the game is great and if you fix these then I would give five stars Thanks!!

I was wasting half of my money on this and when I got the prize it was haveing errors so it will waste some of your money and make you want to keep playing it so this in my opinion of the app
Not working
It’s cool how you have free shipping and stuff but when I played it the buttons were not working, they didn’t move the claw so I cannot even play. This wasn’t me failing but the claw wouldn’t move at all. Please fix this.

Game prices, same prizes for months, no option to exchange prize for coins
The games are all same prices, this changed from a variety of price entries. Which might be ok if the prizes changed. They have been the same for over a month. Plus very minimal variety of prizes to win compared to the other claw apps. I like certain games and now I pay more coins to play the game for the same prize I won a month ago at a lesser game entry fee. The other two apps I spend a lot of money on give me an option to exchange my prize for coins. It’s a bummer I have to take the prize. I throw a lot of them away. I just like playing the games.

Very nice
It’s a great online claw game.it’s the only claw game that I actually kept because It’s mostly skill based(so you win pretty often) with some knowledge. The prizes are real, they come super fast from 1day-1month most of the time. The new version fixed most of the bugs but comes with new ones but the team is working on it. Once they fix it I guarantee it would bring a lot of fun to you. There are some prizes that are not so appealing or misleading since most prizes come from china so join the discord or contact support in that case. The only thing I want claw master to have is some unique, authentic, or licensed prizes you can win because1- currently there are only prizes where you can straightly buy off any of the prizes of eBay, Amazon, etc. This makes you wan’t to really get the prize for less than you would actually pay which most arcade doesn’t want you to even know and it’s for the better good because you mainly wants to have fun.

WAS awesome, until the update! ;(
This was the only claw machine app I could win off of and the prizes were just as described-same things you buy off of Amazon-good quality-way better then clawee! But now it changed and the update won’t let me access the app at all Now! So if it worked it’d be 5 stars!
Update problem
I don’t know if this is something I should report but I have downloaded the game and it keeps telling me to update, and no matter how many times I press it the app just keeps saying “open” and won’t let me update
