Freezes.
Every time I try to log on it freezes and doesn’t let me do anything. My daughter can logon and it works fine for her but I’ve deleted and reinstalled, restarted and try many things to get it to work but it still freezes when I click the school I need updated on.
Schedule
I’m supposed to have a changed schedule every day but there is no thing for schedules that I can see (I’m a student)
Nice to have
It’s nice to have everything you need on one portal. Would love if you could sign in using Face ID or if it stored your log in information. This is the only App I have to type everything out.
Focus Parent Portal
I wish this feature in the app had options to customize notifications to where we are notified of certain grades entered in. For example: notification of any grades lower than an 80% entered into the system. Realistically, who checks numerous children’s grades every day?
Be very carful with this app.
It may upload/sync all your information and pictures. The school district does monitor these.
Can't sign in
Originally set this up at my child's school. Every time I try to sign in I get invalid username or password. I can sign into the full site without issues. When this problem was presented to the administrator at the school I was advised it " wouldn't work with some phones" and this was a known issue.

Calendar
I cannot select the calendar for my child's school. It shows Middleburg Elementary instead of Swimming Pen Creek.
Good, but improvements needed
It's a great app and I love that I can stay on top of what is going on at school and be able to access different information portals through one app. However, the page doesn't rotate for easier reading and there isn't any option to download or print.
I'm using iPhone 6 and not able to download or print from my phone at all. This is frustrating when trying to download/print the menu or his report card.
Fix this and I'll gladly give this app 5 stars.

App crashing
When I try to add invitees from my contacts to the calendar event the app crashes. The only way I can add invitees is manual add their email address to the to: line
