Complete loss of data! Avoid this app
I am extremely disappointed with this app. My phone recently broke and to my absolute horror I discovered that all my data was lost. There is no reliable cloud backup or data recovery system in place, which is completely unacceptable for a modern application
Glaze list disappears when status goes beyond Glazed
I was initially happy finding this app to record all stages of each piece I made but after finishing and selling a piece and altering it’s status beyond the Glazed stage I found most of the information I had spent lots of time recording had disappeared. So if I liked a glaze combination and wanted to look it up it was gone. Very disappointing. Made a request for support several weeks ago and still no response. Be aware of this major flaw before you subscribe.

A lovely tool
This app has made my life SO MUCH EASIER. It’s hugely helpful to be able to track everything, know what projects are in what states, and remember what I actually glazed stuff with. I recommend it to other folks at my studio all the time. And I appreciate that it’s free of AI nonsense (don’t need that anywhere near my creative pursuits!) and just focuses on what you actually need to stay organized as a potter.
Opening it up makes me immediately feel centered and excited. All of my ideas and my accomplishments and everything in one place, the next steps clear. Excellent tool to strip away the tedious parts of keeping track of stuff so you can just focus on being creative!

This app is phenomenal. I have been doing pottery for a couple years and started on the app a year ago after trying to do a google sheet tracker unreliably. I can add our members studio custom glazes, notes, ideate, and keep track of all the stages in photograph form to keep learning. Bonus: I no longer forget what’s on the group studio shelf now for several months! lol. Definitely fantastic; id pay for the app.
