This app is not good. It doesn’t search well and looks like it straight out of the 90s. I literally was standing at a hotel that says they have CLC and honor it. But it’s not coming up.

Absolute TRASH, worst app I’ve used
Hotels listed that don’t accept CLC, or unavailable after booked. Crashes constantly. Won’t load. Broken. “Network busy.” App and website are garbage. Hotels hate CLC too.
Terrible
If you work on the road and rely on the CLC app, you know how unreliable it is. This thing feels like it was built decades ago and never updated.
•Slow and glitchy – Takes forever to load, crashes at the worst times, and constantly freezes.
•Outdated interface – Feels clunky and hard to navigate, like it hasn’t been updated in years.
•Booking issues – Half the time, hotels don’t show up properly, and when they do, expect random errors.
•Poor support – If something goes wrong (which happens a lot), you’re stuck calling in because the app won’t fix itself.
When you’re on the road, you need something reliable. This app is the opposite. If I had another option, I’d take it. CLC really needs to step up and fix this mess.

My company makes me use this for work & this app alone is enough to make me want to quit. Terrible selection terrible service terrible bugs the list goes on and on. Like I said forced to use it but I would literally pay money not to!!!!
Every hotel on CLC is trash app is trash…
Will even book with hotels that don’t even use CLC.

No longer able to book rooms
I was once able to arrive in town. Open the app and select a hotel. Reserve a room via the app without having to call and deal with hold music or having to drive over to see if a room was even available. Now it’s anyone game. If only work wasn’t partnered with them.

Semi useless app that keeps breaking
They finally made it so you can reserve a room online and bam they broke it again today. All the buttons went away. Really guys?
Has lots of room for improvement.
Great app,it’s just too buggy and shuts down. I prefer to use it still but I have to uninstall it then reinstall to get it to work again.
Took my money left me out in the cold
My house burned down I remembered that I had clc I fiqured I’d use them because I just lost everything in the fire went online set up my reservation confirmed everything boom 1300 charge hits my card well that’s weird website says bills you after your stay do t think anything of it drive an hour to the hotel they don’t take clc ok no problem set up another reservation now it’s the only hotel left showing on the app another 7 days boom hot me for 2,000 again get to that hotel they say nothing from clc so they check me in say we will handle it in the am 40 min later I’m in the shower front desk is banging on the door you need to leave immediately or I will have you removed frantic ask what’s going on the guy says clc said your account is fraudulent and your placed on a do not rent list um weird fiqured it had to be a mistake now grabbing all my stuff go down to the front eldest call clc they say oh we can’t tell you that over the phone you need to speak to another department for this I say can you transfer me nope of course not it’s 1145 on a Fri night and a holiday weekend and there closed till Tuesday so I find another hotel go in to check in boom card declined clc hit my card for almost 7k then shut me out in the cold I had to sleep in my car that night because there was nothing I could do

Can’t change between a single or double or quantity if a second room is needed.

Bad update
They updated the app and now you can’t choose between a single bed or double bed someone needs to fix this problem

Since new update I can not select if I want a single or double room please fix asap
