I paid for the Lifetime before and it’s asking for it again (resolved)

I bought Lifetime access for this app Nov 25, 2023, yet I am still getting limited time sales for the Lifetime deal that I already paid for. Restore purchase doesn’t work.

EDIT: Got a hold of the developers and they resolved the issue. 5 stars! 😊
