App crashes and no one responds
I am trying to file a case on dead animals all over the streets of SJC and the App keeps crashing while typing in the description. Also I have filed cases and got zero response. San Juan County streets are a dirty filthy mess. Dead animals and trash everywhere.
Update they called me this morning and they are working on my concerns. Changing to 5 stars for the personal response. Thank you.

Perfect way to help clean up our County
This app is super easy report dump sites in our county. Too often people call dispatch and tie up time from our LEO’s when they find sites. With this app I can take photos of the sites I find while enjoying our county and go on with my business and have peace of mind it will be cleaned up next time I go by.
