Random Charges

I cancelled my subscription a long time ago and I am still e charges for no apparent reason. I even made sure to cancel it via settings app. Why am I experiencing charges.

Amazing

This app is so amazing. Helps me look at pictures side-by-side it’s hard for me to delete memories or pick the best picture cause I wanna keep them all, but this has really helped me organize my phone. Love it. Five stars definitely

Doesn’t even have a duplicate section

For some reason, my phone isn’t recognizing some of the duplicate photos so I downloaded this to try and help… pointless download

Did not delete duplicate photos but deleted all my mail including my saved emails and archived emails and my star ones, I expect this app to delete what I selected and it deleted important stuff so frustrating!!!

Trouble access app

This app will not let me move passed the Allow access to photos!

Hi ladubug61, to be able to clean photos and videos the app needs you to grant access to check your phone gallery during the onboarding. If for some reason you denied it you can grant it again from "Enable Access" button in the Home page of the app.

Not working

For some reason it won’t actually delete the dupes. What’s the point?

Hi Yahmean, thanks for your feedback. A recent issue was preventing the deletion process from working as expected in some devices. This has now been addressed. Please update to the latest version of the app and allow the scan to fully complete to get it fixed.

Just straight up doesn’t work. Unable to delete photos through the app.
