This app constantly fails to call on the guardian 6000 to see what it’s doing when it’s powered up I have to repeatedly unbind and then rebind. It’s a very lousy that app can’t control anything from this app. when it’s actually working, you might be able to remote start the AC outlets but you can’t start the guardian 6000 from this app

This app is useless, it constantly disconnects from the unit, and requires the resent button pressed… extremely annoying!

Not worth it. It don’t work most of the time. Won’t reconnect without being in blue tooth range.

He enviado más de 15 oupes a difirentew países y nunca hemos logrado que la aplicación funcione en ningún país. Necesitamos que funcione en cuba. Tenemos más de 10 oupes en Cuba y no funciona la aplicación. Muy mala la aplicación.
Lose connection when token expired
When session ends it logs me out and i lose connection if i logged in again .

Only partially works
Bluetooth is slow to connect and flaky. App suggests connecting to WiFi but won’t let me enter the network name. Search icon throws up my cell phone’s app names not the visible wireless networks. Solar charging info screen remains totally blank even though the Exodus’s own control panel shows current solar charging info.

WORST APP EVER
App looses WiFi frequently. I bought this for a remote radio site so I don’t have to drive out there all the time. Maybe take some tips from Tapo smart plug. Tapo works 100% of the time & reconnects if WiFi goes down. Tapo never misses a beat. If I could return it I would, if it was cheaper I would just burn the damn thing!

Ridipaying all of this money and bluetooth was a desired feature and the app never connects
Rarely connects via WiFi
Less than 25% connectivity with WiFi when using the app to remotely check battery status. Bluetooth connectivity is fine when near the battery. An app I can’t reliably access has me considering switching to another brand for future devices.
Functional but basic
The app is functional and has some features, would like to see some of the features available I use on apps from other brands such as “charge time remaining, custom charging speed, timed events/actions, etc”
Overall the app is useful, but it could be so much more. Considering the price point of the unit the app performs as expected.

I downloaded the app, put the battery bank into Bluetooth mode, but the app just spins and spins, not finding the battery. Kind of a worthless app.

I’ve been trying to connect to this device with app and it refuses to connect. The power station itself is awesome. Just the app is horrible. Update: if you use the 2.4ghz network it will let you connect. Nothing in the instructions say that it only works on 2.4 g network. But now I’m good. Upgraded from 1 star to 3 star. Hope this helps someone . Power station kept my fridge and small fan on for about 11 hours.
