Doesn’t let me connect

I’ve been trying to connect to this device with app and it refuses to connect. The power station itself is awesome. Just the app is horrible. Update: if you use the 2.4ghz network it will let you connect. Nothing in the instructions say that it only works on 2.4 g network. But now I’m good. Upgraded from 1 star to 3 star. Hope this helps someone . Power station kept my fridge and small fan on for about 11 hours.

Terrible

I have 3 Oupes power stations and 2 of them are the Exodus 1200. Even though I edit the name of each device in the app, the app does not save the changes, making it difficult to distinguish between the two Exodus 1200 units. And that is if I am lucky if the app connects to any units at all. App only intermittently connects to the 3 power stations during the day using wireless if not close enough for Bluetooth so it is hit or miss to check on the status of the units are change any of its settings.

So annoying

The Mega2pro is a nice power station but the app is terrible. Every time I want to check on information on the power station I have to reset and re add the device! I have it on Bluetooth and WiFi and the power station sits less than 6 ft from the router and is on the 2.4 ghz but it either just randomly disappears or when I touch the device on the app, it disappears. One of the most annoying apps I’ve ever used. I have EcoFlow power stations and their app is amazing. It always works. It gives me all the information I need and it’s easy to set, but I wanted to give Oupes a try because they’re considerably less expensive. but the frustration of trying to use the app is so annoying. I won’t buy any more Oupes products.

App is trash

After going through their personal information farming gate just to access the app. It won’t detect the power bank via WiFi or Bluetooth on my iPhone 17. Which makes this a glorified, unmanaged battery. No warning or alerts for power failure.

Needs serious work

It seems like a majority of the time I have tried opening the app to do anything, it literally just kicks me right back out and sends me back to my Home Screen before I have time to do anything. But when it has allowed me the opportunity to stay in and use the app, I have tried so many times to go in and adjust settings on my guardian 6000 but for some reason I can’t get the changes to save no matter what I do. It’s a complete waste of my time. The battery can currently be running and when I open the app, it doesn’t show me any of the information it is supposed to(ie. incoming power, temp, power output) I only have little tic marks where the numbers should be. I have the switch to ‘adjust’ and it still tells me to put it on adjust mode to adjust it. I try to change settings and within 30 seconds it swaps right back to the way it was. The app is up to date and my phone is up to date. Frustrating is an understatement.

A little better than no app at all

App only connects via WiFi but over very limited distance and one has to repeatedly turn the device’s WiFi to get info. The info provided is good, but you have to turn it on again, and again, and again ….

Using the app with the Oupes Mega 1

I didn’t like that I had to sign up to use the app and periodically resign into the app to use it.

The app is useful for monitoring power flow. It also lets you toggle on/off the various power outlets.

The time to charge doesn’t work. Almost all the time it shows 4 days 3 hrs. Seems to be a glaring problem that should be fixed.

Difficult to access

It’s hard to access via the remotw without fieat turning on the the battery

Don’t waste your time

App does not even get past creating your account. Even using the same email I used for the purchase.

Bare-bones app

The app does not offer anywhere near what apps from other solar generator manufacturers provide

Bla

Blah

Primitive App

The app is primitive with minimal information as compared to Ecoflow and Bluetti. It is also very difficult to pair with my Mega2. Finally the online Oupes manual it provides is poor quality with page 11 also duplicated at the end of the manual.

Not optimized for all that gone screen sizes.

I cannot login due the app screen not fitting my iPhone SE…disappointing experience and an easy fix that should not have passed QA

Amazing Changes

This app has come a long way. I started with my solar journey with Oupes 3 years ago and believe me, this app is great now!

Doesn’t work

You’re supposed to be able to use this app to connect to a OUPES portable generator. I can’t even get it to sign in and create an account.

Work app

It seems to work well!!

If it works it good. But it doesn’t always work

Keeps crashing in my iPhone

App will not connect to Oupes Mega 1 Power Station

After numerous tries, following the Cleanergy instructions, the app will not connect to the device.

Bluetooth pairing does not work

This is no good

Terrible

App found the unit once, then could not find it again
