Don’t download because if you do you will automatically be charged even if canceled the same day you down load it will freeze updates and other downloads making you pay for it very unhappy with this app

Loved this app!!

Super intuitive and surprisingly fun to use. It helped me clean and organize without feeling overwhelmed. The quick swipe feature is so satisfying and makes the whole process way easier.

SCAM! LEGALLY LODGING COMPLAINT, app appears to offer options & IMMEDIATELY CHARGES $10 weekly.

Lodging complaint with Apple iOS, Better Business Bureau, and MetLife PrePaid Legal services etc. Developer help link gives warning it’s unsecured & your info can be stolen. So you can’t proceed. Downloaded app July 2025. It showed 3 plans & uses your data as examples. I was afraid of deleting important info & waited to read up. TODAY in December I truly used it first time. Absolute garbage. In fact I chose 3 day free trial and after 1 hour of no dent “delete similar pics???”. I immediately canceled. THEN saw it’s charged me $10 weekly since July. If I thought I had a paid subscription WHY WOULD I SIGN UP TODAY SINCE YOU’VE ALREADY BEEN CHARGING ME? It should’ve offered upgrade to indicate I was a customer. Tricks and scams are the same thing. Scaring customers with an unsecured developer site. My son writes code for a major national electronics firm. He gave me a list of places online to contact for complaint for refund and leave warning reviews. I have insurance for libel and slander as well so plan on hearing from me frequently —as well as attorney general in both of our states. I saw you on Facebook and will copy and paste this everywhere. I will also leave complaints on Android forums as well. I will report every online ad I see. I’m not a Karen and I have paid renewal fees on apps I didn’t notice were renewing. They were my fault. Your marketing is sketchy and you know it. I’ve never been told “does not qualify” for refund, because I don’t request them. This is WRONG and terrible for your brand. I expect a reply in 5 business days please. Thereafter I’ll begin turning it over to every authority that my prepaid legal won’t contact. I’ll also personally contact every developer group clear down to the janitors in the buildings they work in. This is not a situation of “haters make you famous” or “bad publicity is better than no publicity.” This is a flat out scam by making it confusing and then scaring consumers away from reaching out to you directly. you can do anything without it trying to take your money. It can’t even delete a photo for you!!!!!!!

Cleanie really cleans my storage

My iphone indeed got much better my phone got a lot FASTER. Now I have space to take more pictures in my holidays. Also I didn’t know before they have a “secret storage” so it’s cool to keep some photos and videos organized and secured…it was a good decision downloading this Ai app

It was quick and saved me some time

I was tired of paying icloud just because I had so many trash in my album and needed something quick, simple just to help me save some storage on my iphone… well I tried the smart cleaning feature in this app and did a decent job! also I got addicted to deleting pictures swiping like “tinder” style lol

Pretty useless

Tried to use it today for first time. Almost useless - have to confirm each duplicate photo and then confirm again before it will delete. And can’t handle doing this for more than a few photos at a time. Refund please.

Slow and clunky

It’s quicker and easier just to select items to delete in my image folder. This is a sluggish and annoying to use UI that keeps locking up. Deleting an hour after first use. Worthless.

Lots of glitches

I downloaded this app to clear out some storage and it was really wasn’t very good. When you press delete, it doesn’t delete and there is a big delay in processing everything. You have to press delete 10 times to get it to do something and then it takes forever. Very slow and clunky. You have to pay to use this App and I wouldn’t recommend. It doesn’t really do the job it’s meant to. Definitely needs more development and bug fixing before putting in the App Store.

Scammed for my money

I had initially downloaded this app because I wanted help with cleaning out my camera roll. I had never given permission for my apple pay to be used for this app but after receiving an apple billing statement this morning, I realized they had been charging me a weekly subscription of $9.99 for the past 3 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous! Save yourself from this app and these scammers.

Trash- don’t waste your money or time

This app is terrible, keeps crashing. Wasted 30 minutes trying to delete photos and it just freezes, when you go back the photos weren’t even deleted. Don’t waste your money or time

Cant handle too many photoss!

Charged me 2.99 instead of .99 for the week! Cant delete long videos! VERY laggy! This is supposed to be made for people who have too many photos right? So why is the app so laggy when someone has too many photos? It

Selects photos that aren’t even similar

This was very disappointing. It selects photos that have nothing to do with each other, except maybe taken on the same day or location. It didn’t help me identify any duplicates. Seems like it has a ways to go before it’s ready for prime time…

where has this app been my whole life

this is so much easier to use than other cleanup apps. where has this been my whole life? my phone runs so much more smoothly with all the free space. highly recommend!

O app tem sido uma solução bem prática para manter meu celular funcionando bem e com meu álbum mais organizado. A nova versão melhorou bastante o desempenho, e agora tudo funciona de forma mais fluida. e uma coisa bem diferente que eu gosto no app é o secret storage, então posso organizar fotos e videos de forma privada e que ninguém veja, já que tem reconhecimento facial.

Simples e eficaz

Adoro q o Cleanie é fácil de usar. Em poucos toques, consigo liberar bastante espaço. A última atualização deixou o app ainda mais eficiente! Recomendo se você quer se livrar de um bom espaço e não quer perder muito tempo com isso.

Amazing update! Works perfectly now

I’ve been using Cleanie for a while, and the latest update has definitely improved the experience. The app is easy to use, and it helps free up storage quickly by organizing and removing unnecessary files. My phone feels much more responsive after a cleanup, and the whole process is super simple. It’s a great tool if you need to manage your storage better without spending too much time on it. Definitely worth it!
