Didn’t clean up my storage.
I was misled to thinking that i was “deleting” photos and videos and actually saving space. After I deleted photos and videos i went to check my storage. What do you know, no change. I checked my photos and absolutely nothing was deleted. Terrible app in my opinion.

Won’t clean memory
Let me remove photos, says memory is too full try to go there to clean it and it doesn’t do anything. Remove my subscription please, very disappointing

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you! Cleankoala is designed to help users delete photos. After deleting photos within the app, you will need to go to the Recycle Bin in your system photo album to completely delete or restore the photos. I wish you a happy life!
