I am a little young and is very careful considerate of my skin and this app has so many people here for me that it feels like family would recommend to download and I’m working to get verified but I’m climbing status :)

Okay first off I really like this app set up but it deletes my data daily. Every day I try to input data it wants me to create an account again and again. There no way to login to the previous account or anything.

Useless app
You can’t even import album photos to the progress pictures, forced to take photos directly on app which makes the photos super low resolution.
When you compare the progress pictures doesn’t let you zoom in and picture is really low quality which beats the whole purpose of comparing progress of your skin.

Crashes constantly
Can’t do anything without it crashing. Can’t add any products to my routine, can’t see more than 3 posts… Was excited about this app thinking it was going to help me stay with my skincare routine and all it does is crash. very disappointing

I’m trying to love this app, but every 5 seconds it says I lose internet connection even thought my internet connection is perfect, not sure the issue

The Clear app finally means I have a dedicated space to track my skincare progress and product routine. It’s no-nonsense, easy to navigate, and overall a wonderfully designed app. For people like me who prefer visuals to text, being able to see pictures of my favorite products instead of keeping a list in my Notes app is SO NICE. Game changer. I’ve never been one to take progress photos, either, so having a photo feature built right in to the daily entry window makes it so effortless to add, and it’s really helped me improve my routine in a few short weeks. I often use the notes section as well. There were a few bugs I was encountering, so I reached out to the Clear team who was prompt, helpful, and kind. And lo and behold, they’d already taken care of the issues in the most recent update! It’s obvious the Clear team cares about their users and works hard to make this app great. Maybe I’ll eventually take more advantage of the social media features, but disregarding the social aspect completely – Clear remains a stellar app for skincare newbies to enthusiasts!
