Can’t add my passport
Update 9/9/26: I updated the app and my photo has disappeared from my profile. Fix your app.
Update, 5/4/25: Try to add my passport and the photo screen is blank. Force quit the app, try again, same issue…. Tried again, and on the 4th try it finally worked and I was able to add my passport.
Previous review: When I try to add my passport, I get a screen that says a code was texted to me…I never received the code. I just now updated the app and when I try to add my passport again, I follow the steps, but then the screen goes blank (the text code screen). I’m on iOS 17.7.2.

Don’t bother, terrible company. Here’s why….
1. Clear is in very few airports.
2. The app refuses to sync with iPhone calendars for your upcoming flights.
3. If you want to access your personal information in the app, the app requires that you take a picture of your face to “login”, but it refuses to accept the picture and asks you to retake the picture.
4. When you do arrive at one of the rare airports that has Clear, the check in process (camera) almost never works and requires one of the Clear employees to go through an elaborate process to check in, meanwhile TSA PreCheck travelers are long ahead of you and on their way to their gates.
Clear is a complete failure.

Limited-Not worth it for many airports/venues. Location of Clear stations not always obvious at terminal.

I have been meaning to sign up for TSA precheck or CLEAR for years. I just kept putting it off. Today when walking into the security checkout. I was stopped by a sales ambassador, Muneer! He asked about how often I fly and explained CLEAR to me. I was instantly sold. He was so helpful and nice! After the signing up process he even walked me to the CLEAR checkout to show me how it works! 10/10 service with Muneer. Excited for this!
