Do Not Purchase
I purchased this app and spent quite a bit on the in app purchases. The app was working great and suddenly crashed. It started giving me a message that it could not connect to the server. After experiencing this issue for weeks, I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the app {after trying several other things, including resetting my set work settings} but this did not work. I have am still not able to access any of my purchased medications. This has been a waste of money and huge disappointment!!

I've downloaded all of Rachael Meddows' apps and they are worth every penny! I use one almost every day/ night for a power nap or good night sleep. Help with stress, focus & balance.
Calming and uplifting
The app really helps me to sleep. I can't say that I retain its content despite sleeping as she says I will in the app because I have no way of knowing. I'm not opposed to the idea that the mantras she gives during the hypnosis are in fact somehow retained, it's just that I'm typically either asleep or falling asleep as she gets into the specific topic. I do feel calmed by it and well-rested when I use it.

Easy to use, you can change the order of things. It has options to make it work for what ever you need it for.

I have been using this app for several months now and I find it to be one of the best. RM's voice is gentle and soothing, the recording is designed so you don't feel the need to do anything except relax. There is no focus on unnecessary breathing techniques and it just works better and better each time, thankyou.

Excellent!
Rachael's voice is so soothing that even if I wake up during the session I enjoy listening to what she is saying. Quite possibly the best meditation I have ever listened to, when my session is done I feel lighter somehow and I've actually had people tell me they cannot believe my age!

This app is SO restorative....extremely relaxing and energizing. I have seen positive changes in my focus and in my pursuit of health goals with occasional use. I plan to increase the number of times a week that I listen to Mental Detox and foresee further benefits. Definitely a key part of a healthy lifestyle!

Your kidding
I listened to this app for about 20 minutes and deleted it!!! Seriously, use some soothing music or background noise. It's just this women's voice and it wasn't pleasant to listen to. I will say though to be able to make this app and get people to buy it is genius. But if the person who made it reads this, if you have any morals AT ALL, you will refund my money!!! I am extremely disappointed

I have tried a few different relaxation apps and this is by far the worse! The voice is mono-tone and rather annoying. Sorry

I listen to this app every night and have never slept better. I am more focused and productive. Not sure if it's because I am sleeping better or because of the subconscious mind. Either way it's a win.

Outside of your body
This is great to fall asleep to.....I'm usually out within 10 minutes...once or twice I've made it to the end, but was still tired....I also bought the weight loss one from them, but that hasn't worked at all.
