Clearance: Release Forms

Get model, talent, and other release forms signed while everyone is still on set. Clearance helps filmmakers, photographers, and production teams collect releases, consent forms, waivers, and signatures in person. Choose a sample template or paste your own wording, hand over your device, and save a signed PDF. YOUR WORDING, READY TO SIGN Prepare the release, waiver, or consent text your project needs. Collect signer details, consent checkboxes, and a signature, with an optional headshot. ONE TEMPLATE, MULTIPLE SIGNERS Reuse the same template throughout a session without starting over for each person. Keep signing moving during interviews, testimonial shoots, documentaries, productions, and event coverage. WORK OFFLINE Collect signatures and save PDFs without an internet connection or account. SIGNED PDFS, READY TO SHARE Keep completed releases on your device and export or share them whenever you need them. Handle the paperwork while everyone is still there, then get back to the shoot.
