Then tried several different things in the (ALERTS) tab. Majority were BOGO or free gift with purchase. Absolutely ZERO of them worked.

Totally understand the frustration, but one important thing to know is that the Nationwide feed shows deal leads from around the country, not necessarily deals available at your local store. To find deals near you, use the ZIP search and enter your ZIP code/radius. That will show results based on nearby store data. Also, alerts are time-sensitive. Lowe’s clearance, BOGO, and free-gift deals can move fast, change by store, or disappear completely. If you’re opening an alert days or weeks later, there’s a good chance that deal is already gone or changed back to full price. The app is meant to help surface leads and store-level opportunities faster, but prices and promos always need to be verified on Lowe’s before buying or driving.
