When an event occurs, your systems notify the ClearCloud AlertDesk platform, which instantly routes push notifications to the right people based on their group memberships and site subscriptions. Your administrator manages users, groups, sites, and alert types through the ClearCloud AlertDesk web-based administration portal. No configuration is required in the app beyond logging in with the credentials provided by your administrator.
