Amazing app
I have been suffering from pain for months and this program has helped me get better and feel relief. My coach responds to me usually within a few hours and the prescriptions are mailed right to my house.
Privacy and usage issues
I signed up for this app and immediately, even before I had any personal conversations or interactions, they assigned a “Coach” and a “Coordinator” besides a doctor. Now, my issue has nothing to do with coaching and they gave my personal information to these people without even an evaluation. I told all three of them to cancel and they resisted. The app also automatically assigned “exercises” which could also worsen my situation. I get that this may work for some people but the app shouldn’t do these things without a doctor’s evaluation, and in my case it did.
