Lately it has been HORRIBLE!
Crashes every 15 seconds.Doesn’t load half the time so I have to take pictures and then come home and upload them into the app later. Takes me twice as long to do my reports than it used to.Just completed a sketch and it crashed no less than 10 times

This app is barely functional. It takes about 6 months to figure out the “Work-arounds” to use the app with any efficiency. Photo uploads are slow if it doesn’t lock-up all together. Sketch tool is not designed for sketching which is why it bombs and looses work, always.
Works well except when it doesn’t
I have been working with Clear Inspect since it came out and a lot of positive changes have been made. Photos taken in the field no longer take 10 seconds to be applied in the app after being taken and the app does not crash as often as it was in the beginning.
There are times where it still does. If my internet connection has a low signal and the photos are having a hard time uploading and I’m going an inspection taking photos, the app will crash due to all of the processing going on. This is with all background apps turned off and with the standard IOS background refresh for apps turned off.
The sketch portion of the causes the app at least once everytime I use it while drawing out the house.
I do agree with a previous comment requesting that there be web application for this app be created as it would be faster. I have to agree with the small handicaps that are currently present. It’s at times faster to complete the sketch in a separate app and take the photos without uploading from the field and finishing the report later.

Kicks me out constantly
This app has glitches. I keep getting kicked out of the app. It really is a hassle.
I have reinstall app almost weekly
I wish they would add this to the desktop. I’m constantly getting keep out of the app— I like the sketching tool but the app freezes so much, I have to hold my breath whenever I’m using the sketching tool.... sometimes I get kicked out of the app completely and I can only go in if I delete the entire app and reinstall.... I’ve been working on a small 1700sqft home for Over an hour— I’ve been getting kicked out every two minutes- finally decided to delete the app and start over. .. please bring this to the desktop!! It’ll make it much easier.

iOS 13 won’t work with this app yet.
I decided to install iOS 13, and the app won’t open anymore. Called in the problem and it’s still not fixed. Ok, have my iPad on 12.4 so still usable there. So I dropped ,y iPad and had to get a new one, but it forced me to install iOS 13, so now I can’t work on anything. This needs to get fixed ASAP!
