Mobile image processing laboratory
It looks like ImageJ on mobile ☺️ however, more control over the functions is needed, especially for Edge Detection and CLAHE. I hope more advanced parameter options will be added in future versions.

Really? I need image processing toolbox in my iPhone. Best fit. Furthermore, edge-detection, false colormaps, 8bit-conversion are my favorites.
