Incredible Softphone Solution
This app makes our business calls run smooth and keeps it all separated from our personal devices. No complaints, the app works well and has all the features and functionality I need!
Its good when it works
In ideal conditions the app works mostly fine. Takes about 2 minutes to register on cellular to be able to make an outbound call. It seems that if there are any pending updates to the pbx server, the soft phone becomes inoperable. And the updates seem to be almost weekly. So expect lots of time under the hood just maintaining operability…

Do NOT update to this new version if you have an iPhone
Would give this NEGATIVE stars. This app worked okay, when it did work. There were issues with having to keep the app screen open and making sure the screen lock was off, or the calls would not come through. The app won’t run in the background even when set correctly. Ever the update last week, the app doesn’t work at all. It is stuck between registering and error. It is forever stuck with dashed lines circling my extension. Subscription is good, settings in admin are good, even deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. Now I’m stuck driving an hour back and forth to the office every freaking day. Thanks for nothing. My call ticket is ignored so I guess it’s time for a different app!

Not reliable
This iOS app, and the computer app, are very unreliable. I will get notifications for things that were sent hours or days ago. I will get notifications for a new text messages, but when I go to my messages, they won’t be there. Sometimes if I am looking at the text thread of a conversation I can only see one person’s messages. After using this for over a year, I still do not know how to save contacts so that I know who I am talking to instead of just seeing numbers. (I have tried various ways, and nothing works.) And last, but not least, some messages stay marked as “unread“ no matter how many times I click on them. These apps only add frustration to my day and do not make my day go more smoothly. Many of my coworkers agree on all these points.

This app has been nothing but problems and rarely works. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but to no avail. It has caused more disruption than benefit.
