Great app super support
We use this app every business day & it instills trust and validates our findings. We earn a lot of money every time we send CM info to our guests. If we find a glitch, tech support responds quickly.
Crashes-delete and download
App crashes a lot. Only fix is to delete and re download it. Unable to focus with camera, can’t import pictures from photos, marker arrows aren’t rotational. There’s just a few things to fix and it will be nearly 5 stars.

To open, nothing canned- feels to loose, not structured imo

Essential to running our shop
Clear Mechanic allows us to document the inspection process for our customers, we can text or email links to the inspection results along with photos or videos. Also the inspection is stored for reference at future shop visits. They keep rolling out improvements and adding features too!
Great app so far
So far just going through this app I see great potential for its use in our auto shop, both for the technicians, service writer and most importantly potential customers. Easy to use and has tutorials if you're stuck

Best Visual Tool Ever!

Powerful tool (red yellow green inspection and customizable form for each shop) but also easy to use like ClearMechanic's existing app.

Best inspection app
Easy to use swiping gestures and a professional inspection form. The synchronizing of the web interface and mobile app is really key to this app. Great stuff.
Saves time, selling more now
Photos and especially videos really work for explaining repair jobs. But I couldn't do that efficiently (took too much time) until I signed up for this program.
Inspection checklist...useful beyond auto repair
Customized checklists with photo, video and comments automatically attached. Very useful. I'm glad to see they added multiple inspection templates.
Fantastic Tool Shops Need
The CM app is one all automotive shops need to not only build trust with customers but to also visually sell recommended repairs. A picture is worth a thousand words. Also the ability to share photos, videos via SMS and e-mail is a huge convenience for customers.
