HOW IT WORKS Live waits come from travellers reporting the queue right now — the most accurate signal there is. Predicted waits are estimated from how many non-EU flights are arriving around now, each roughly a planeload of people needing biometric checks. Every figure is clearly labelled and colour-coded (green / amber / red), so you always know what you're looking at. TRACK YOUR FLIGHT Enter your flight number and Clearo anchors the estimate to your actual arrival or departure time, with a clear read on how long the entry or exit check is likely to take. HONEST BY DESIGN At big hubs, passport control is split across terminals — Clearo shows an airport-wide estimate and tells you where the non-Schengen (EES) checks are.
