When we are doing a inspection we don’t see the pictures of the van which we have chosen before we take the pictures
So how are we going to know if for example a scratch that was on the left side of the car? Was there the day before or no when we get the car? Whereas drivers are responsible from safeguarding those cars that we are doing inspection on, but we don’t see anything about them from before when we are doing the inspection. Even the fuel level or the other details that are entered on the day before should be visible to us so that we know if the car is running low on fuel, we have to go there earlier for example.

Absolute garbage
I wish I could give it a lower score but unfortunately I can’t. This app is abysmal in every way, first the app crashes at times not sure what is so complicated in an app that collects a few photos but it happens. Then you can’t edit or continue an inspection you gotta restart the whole process. Another problem is that there is no manual method to photo (aside from one check) so if my lighting is off of the app thinks that my position is off then it’s simply stuck until you move. The last MOST STRANGE thing is that the app has tracked my location 58 times in 3 days none of which I was working… interesting.

Thanks for your feedback! We are constantly working on improving the app. Specific to issues you have reported - a. There is an option for manual override while capturing images (your admin has to agree to enable this feature) b. Location tracking is required specifically for image uploads when the app is in the background. We do not store your location details except at the time of the inspection.
Very helpful
We use this app for a fleet of 40+ vans. It is an amazing tool to help us keep track of damage but also MOT dates and a daily inspection checklist.
The developers are always responsive when we ask for a change or bespoke features. There are sometimes glitches but they are also felt with fast.

It’s rubbish. No way to edit your inspection when it has failed. Always failing
