Good to have
This is an awesome app with some fantastic features.
However, I’m not a fan of the new way it displays the credit score update. It now counts up from the last update, whereas I preferred the previous countdown that showed how long was left until the next score refresh. I found the countdown much more useful because it made it easy to see when my score would be updated next.

Are you ever going to bring back the timeline?
Honestly, that’s what made you guys better than the rest. You could track how you were doing money wise all the way back in 2022,2023 etc. and compare it to now. why did you get rid of that? It’s such a downgrade

Annoying sales app.
This app is just a vehicle to sell you financial products. I get constant spam emails with disgusting titles like “your debt repayment update is ready” I’m not even in debt. They tell my me score matches car finance and loans. I’ve never looked at loans with them. I have zero interest in car finance or loans. Just a really scummy company.

Terrible bot
I’ve tried to change my address through all the means in the FAQ section. Other credit score providers have recognised the equifax update but this system seems incapable
Worst Credit Score Agency
ClearScore keeps saying they rely on credit agencies, but that excuse doesn’t make sense. All other agencies have already updated my information — Experian, Banks, and even my lenders show the correct data. The problem is clearly inside ClearScore, because they still show outdated details even after a full year. My score is 1020 in Experian, but ClearScore still shows 586 with missing accounts. Some credit cards haven’t updated for over a year, and even my address is still wrong. This proves the issue is not with the agencies — it’s ClearScore’s own system failing to update.

I have tried to log in to my account with you and every single password is incorrect so I am locked out of it
I have asked you to please 🙏 stop 🛑 sending me emails and I will not keep uploading drivers license details and proof of my identity because this is extremely frustrating and very annoying to anyone
Design it so we can have a passkey on iPhone 📱 or delete my account once and for all and this two step is outrageous because some of us have changed our telephone ☎️ numbers and why do people like you ask do you have access to your old telephone ☎️ number

Asking for photo evidence like a driving licence is not good enough for you either I had to take a screenshot of me and my license holding it infront of my face

Can't into account new one set cabt into it customer service very bad make new them you guys had no right block account so mean access it I because block it reason why never you again

Gone rubbish in last few months, constantly says updating in 1 or 3 days and never does - gave me totally wrong and misleading credit info saying my credit was about to be significantly affected, stayed that like for days - was utter nonsense and could be quite stressful for someone if they 100% believed the app

Bug issue
My ClearScore has not been displaying for couple of days now. It keep showing “something went wrong. Looks like we can’t display that page right now. You can try to load the page again or come back later” I have tried to delete the app several times and download another one but still same issue. Please advise.

Misleading information.
ClearScore showed me two credit cards as “pre-approved,” so I expected only a soft credit check. Instead, both applications resulted in hard inquiries that dropped my credit score by around 40 points. The “pre-approved” offers were misleading and inaccurate in my experience. I deleted the app and wouldn’t recommend it. It feels more like a platform that collects your personal information to market financial products than one that genuinely helps consumers.

Last update crashes
When you select ‘credit health’ sine the latest update app keeps crashing pls fix it and not tell us to uninstall reinstall

100% worth free or paid
I’ve had the free version since it was free and opted for the paid one and both options offer insight, transparency and value.
That being said, I decided to make a review thanks to the entire system being easy to use whilst also being thorough and to the point.
With the addition of the chat system, that’s 100% related to your specific account is absolutely superb and that’s coming from someone that’s not into that kind of system. I am very thankful and believe the paid version is worth it if you can afford it.
Thanks for making an app that helps me for car loan and home loan specifics. Also for the security area too. Awesome app, 5/5 stars. Easily a top notch app that I check once a week at least.

1 star till I stop getting notifications that my report has updated when it hasn’t. Every time you bait me to open your app when it’s always got 2 days till it updates. Annoying me tbf
Stay Clear
This app recommends me a card when I had a 700+ credit score and “excellent approval odds.” I got denied and my score dropped to sub 700.

They should rename this app to ClearScore:We will spam you multiple times every day with credit card marketing that you can't stop.
This is a truly AWFUL app and service. This app isn't about helping you stay informed about your credit score and to help manage your amount of credit down. This app is purely about trying to sell credit to you, no matter what. I get at least two spam marketing notifications from ClearScore every single day, despite setting notifications to off. This app is truly one of the worst. It pretends to help you get out of debt, but only ever actually tries to get you INTO debt.
The people behind this should be ashamed of themselves. But they won't be.

As time goes on the app is getting filled with pointless animations and financial offers.
Misleading
Awful app, completely different score to my actual equivalent report where it’s drawing data from. Will be reporting to ombudsman and financial regulator for misconduct and misleading consumers
