Sorry for the trouble! We’ve updated the TikTok login method in the latest version of ClearTok. Please update ClearTok to the latest version, then tap TikTok App Login and authorize ClearTok directly through the TikTok app. There’s no need to use QR or your username/password. Thanks for your patience!

Sorry for the trouble. ClearTok only works with your reposts and does not modify your drafts or private videos, so it cannot cause content in those areas to appear or change. If your TikTok account is private and you temporarily made it public during the cleanup, please remember to manually switch it back to private afterward. As for your reposts not showing correctly, this can happen after removing a large number at once. TikTok may need a few days to refresh and sync its repost data. It should gradually return to normal once the platform finishes updating its cache.

Après la suppression d’un grand nombre de reposts en peu de temps, TikTok peut temporairement avoir des difficultés à charger ou afficher correctement les reposts, le temps que la plateforme actualise et synchronise son cache. Cela revient généralement à la normale après quelques jours. Nous vous conseillons de laisser votre compte se reposer quelques jours avant de réessayer. Concernant la chauffe du téléphone, évitez également les longues sessions de suppression en continu.

Thanks for the feedback. We understand 100 removals a day can feel too limited if you have lots of reposts. Following our official TikTok @_cleartok adds +100 daily removals. This month, you can also try code LOVE-PEACE, which may help increase your free daily limit further depending on the current promotion.

Sorry about that, and thanks for explaining it clearly. After removing a large number of reposts, TikTok may need some time to refresh and sync its data. During that period, reposts can load more slowly, temporarily disappear, or still appear even after they’ve already been removed. Please give TikTok some time to update its cache and avoid repeatedly rescanning during that period. Things should become more stable once the sync is complete.
