FREEZING After latest update
Worked great for months unusable now even after reinstall and double checking microphone permissions WTF?

This tuner app never works. It’s like the mic is not connected most of the time, cannot pick up any sounds. I can run other tuner apps at the same time and they work fine so it’s not an issue with my iPhone
Never has worked
I have never had Cleartune work consistently since the release of the iPhone 12 and later. Waste of time and you may as well buy a real life guitar tuner rather than these digital/app based, poorly coded bits of trash.
Too bad
Spent $4 for this. Worked the first day on iphone11, now is frozen. It’s just a screen shot.

Even though app says it works on Mac Book- the tuner will not pick up the sound of your instrument.

I play the violin and I used a free tuner almost all the time.
Cleartune resolved a problem that I had: the external noise. With this tuner I can tune my violin easily without worrying about other sounds. Still the best in 2025

El mejor afinador de lejos
Llevo como 15 años usando este afinador y tiene el mejor diseño (simple y limpio) y funcionamiento del dial con mucha suavidad (es muy agradable la lectura y no agobia como el resto) tiene todas las funciones que tiene que tener una afinador cromático ni más ni menos.
The Only Orchestral Tuner you need
I’ve been using this app for over 10 years with zero problems to assist in setting temperaments for professional piano tunings. It has a really quick and accurate needle. I’ve never needed a “strobe” and this far exceeds any free app you could get. I’ve tried dozens.

Please don’t abandon this app
This is the best guitar tuner in the store. Been using it for years. Please download, pay the what I’m sure is still a very reasonable price and encourage the developer.
Ne fonctionne tout simplement pas
Application inutile à ne pas acheter car ne fonctionne plus depuis plusieurs années sur iPhone! Pas une mise à jour depuis 5 ans! Catastrophique
No update in 5 years
This used to be a great, elegant tuner. 5 years ago. Now it barely functions. This should be removed from the App Store as it is an abandoned, effectively nonfunctional app
