Have the arc4+. Not any better than other $30 headphones and less support. App rarely connects. No help finding a lost headphone. Now that I can’t find one of my headphone very glitchy and won’t connect to a solo headphone. Says there should be links for support, but of course they don’t work. Wouldn’t recommend.

Clever arc6
Have recently purchased a pair of clever arc 6 outer ear headphones but am not able to find them on the cleer+ app so can’t use them to their full potential which is frustrating as I do like them ,
Just Doesn’t Work
The earphones and software never connect. Not sure if the app purpose.
Prompt Response
After being unable to install the latest firmware, I contacted Cleer Audio’s customer support. A day later they provided the instructions, which allowed me to successfully update.

No ARC 6 Support
Just bought ARC 6 with language translation but it is not supported by the APP which only supports through ARC 5 which I also have. Very disappointing to not have any support
Cripples your Headphones/Earbuds
Scarcely connects to my buds, despite Bluetooth connected and audio functioning. Even when it does connect, controls are lacking barebones customizability (more than one option for one tap, more options for double tap, ability to control button) app is buggy as well, frequently toggling settings that I didn’t touch. Basically a useless software experience, forcing users to set an EQ and never touch the app again. Outrageous and disappointing user experience for such a competitive earbud (ARC 4)

The volume is too small
From ARC 3 to ARC 5, the headphone volume is very small, in a more noisy environment, has been adjusted to the maximum volume, will also be easily masked by the outside sound of the headphones playing music, I use the iPhone 17 pro max, if the volume can be adjusted a little higher is perfect.
Good app but buggy
App is well made, but need improvement and some calibration, currently so buggy, frequently ask to remove device, super unstable bluetooth connection :)

QCC DONGLE PRO를 이용해 ldac 연결하려하니 활성화가 안되서 안드로이드폰 앱으로 연결해서 활성화 시컀네요. 아니면 케이스 설정에라도 넣아주세요. 이어폰 불량인줄알고 한참 고생했습니다.

アプリを見るとタップ操作はある。
しかしボリューム調整が無くなっている。
滅茶苦茶不便。
どのみちタップ操作を全く受け付けなくなっているけど。
まずはタップ操作のバグを早急に改善しろ！
そしてボリューム調整を戻せ！
快適に使っていたのに余計な事をするな！

App is perfect
The App works seamlessly with my headphones and the headphones are great. I had an issue with the charging case and CLEER took care of it straight away. Everything about this group is way above par.
