Function of the heater
The time is off by an hour and nowhere to reset it. It should accept the iPhone time.
Also the lowest temperature setting is 64 degrees. I use the heater in my shop and need a lower temperature

Unreliable
We have two heaters that are both for toddler rooms. They disconnect themselves from the network every few nights. We have to go into their rooms in the dark and try to establish the WiFi connection, and resetting that is getting less reliable. We have added the devices multiple times each back on to our WiFi.

Too advanced
We have the original, and now we have a more advanced, newer one. We hate the more advanced, newer one because it is too techie with too many options. Give us the option to buy the original.

We are very sorry for the bad experience. We have identified the problem as a compatibility issue with some iPhone systems and are currently working on a fix and submitting a new version to resolve it.

VERY BASIC App features on a very solid dehumidifier! C’mon! Put some effort & time into building a decent app!!!!
Can’t delete account
They say they send a code but it never arrives. So I just deleted the app.

Works like it should. I’m able to control the humidifier. No connectivity issues

Instructions in printed catalog were grey ink and difficult to read. However there was a QR code and download and setup of the app was easy and did not really require instructions. App asked to use Bluetooth which immediately found the humidifier and helped set up WiFi. Very easy experience. (I further enabled the Amazon skill.) So far it’s working very well.

This app is so poorly designed and maintained it does not work. Constantly kicking the heater off and most of the time it says "server abnormality please try again later". I will be returning my $100 heater, screw this company.

I can't connect my dehumidifier to my network at all.
Terrible app does not work.
I’ve set up many IOT devices and this has to be a first where the app WILL NOT let me continue due to the button being grayed out. I am connected to my device (dehumidifier) via WiFi like it says but it refuses to ungray the button so I can not continue. (Yes I have clicked the check saying I have connected) very disappointed save your money and buy a non smart one with a smart plug.

As others have said, this is the worst
The app doesn’t ever think the heater is on so you can’t turn it off or change the settings remotely when the heater is going and once the heater really is turned off, the app can’t connect to it to turn it on remotely. So as others have said, this is a worthless app, and since it was a selling point for the heater itself, that feels like a pretty dishonest thing for the company to do. The heater itself seems so far to be a great little power house, though I’ve only had it a few days. Hoping it will at least continue to do a good job of heating without the smart features.

Error Message during setup
The app will not allow me to search for the network like the dated instructions in the user guide suggests. Customer service only made it to the point of verifying I was setting up a dehumidifier and then vanished. Just sad that this company with a good product has a horrible app.
Didn’t work
Dehumidifier Unit could not connect to wifi. After putting in password it wouldn’t connect. Kept getting a message stating it wasn’t. This app is absolutely useless.
I followed the directions to a T from the app and booklet. I’m at the point of just forgetting using the app and just hope the unit works or return the darn thing and get a different brand.
