Easy to use

User friendly

Horrible website and app

Very difficult to navigate. Not intuitive. I wanted to purchase a pre-paid parking pass for an individual concert. Nowhere- on the website or app was there an option to do this. Please stop changing the website. It used to be usable now it’s not worth the effort. I will still need to call the box office

Laufey Blossom disaster by TCO

My tickets disappeared. Lots of people in line with me at. Blossom the tickets were here this week now at the gate they’re gone no trace. Nice security TCO can’t move into secure Apple Wallet. Low budget operaion wasting my time in long line at box office instead of in the concert touchless. Thanks technology with paper tickets id be in my seats.

the performers deserve a better app

only saved 1 of 2 tickets to wallet- but when i try to save second ticket it says all are saved. go back to wallet- only 1 ticket there. also- where are tco points! argh.

Cant login

Says “Request cannot be completed” when I try to login. I can login to the website no issues.

Cannot sign in

Me and the last two reviewers cannot login to the app, but logging into the website works fine

Redid the download and it failed

Downloaded and tried to use the ap. Something is not working. If you don’t get it corrected, it’s gonna affect ticket sales. All info was copied directly from the account including the password. Then it told me to verify the information. Wouldn’t go any farther. I give up.

App needs work

Repeated login errors and despite app delete and re-download, still unable to access my own account and add tickets to the wallet. Needs some work.

I wish...

Nice app and so convenient Your tickets are always with you! I wish the program info would download as well-just the artists and the pieces being performed. It would be fantastic if you could download the info to your calendar as well. Maybe wishes will come true.

Good

Very glad the orchestra embraced digital ticketing, but as another pointed out, it’s a bit buggy in the early stages. Parking passes I purchased along with performances did not appear in app, but the performance did. Ticket office got me the parking passes, so all is well. Just keep up the good work!

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback, and also the kind words! We apologize the inconvenience, though we are glad the Ticket Office was able to help you. Our team has identified the issue, and we are confident that future parking passes will appear within your Ticket Wallet for events at Severance Hall with The Cleveland Orchestra. We appreciate your support and for using the Ticket Wallet – we hope you continue to find it useful in the future. As a friendly reminder for those attending Blossom Music Festival concerts, parking for Blossom arrives via mail in the form of a physical hangtag (free with tickets purchased at least 10 days in advance of a respective performance date). Those without a hangtag can still enjoy free parking for Blossom Music Festival concerts – an assistant will direct you to the appropriate lot upon your arrival.

Bug - Incorrect dates for tickets in wallet

Purchased a ticket for Blossom on Sunday August 28th 2021 which is confirmed in email but ticket in wallet is for Friday September 10th 2021. There isn’t even a performance that day.
Useless until it shows the right tickets.

Response from developer

Thank you for reaching out regarding this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience. Your ticket order for August 28, 2021 should now appear within your Ticket Wallet. No update to the app is required, simply reopen it to reload your tickets (a pull-to-refresh may help). The additional September 10, 2021 listing is most likely your available lawn vouchers (from last summer’s Blossom Music Festival). Please contact the Ticket Office to redeem your lawn vouchers for this summer’s Blossom Music Festival. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and for supporting The Cleveland Orchestra. We hope you will give the Ticket Wallet another try soon, and continue to find it useful at this summer’s Blossom Music Festival! Please reach out to the Ticket Office if you have any further issues.
