App needs updating. I can’t manage credit cards, eg remove them. It won’t let me add a new card (same number different code and expiration)

App will not take my Address even though it perfectly matches what’s in Google Maps.
Very good with two exceptions...
Good app. I like to be able to order without calling. One thing that I don’t like is that the app does not have a menu where you can read the full description of the various specialty pizzas. The order page only has partial descriptions. Secondly, unfortunately not everything that is in the app is available for sale. I tried to order a large sized New York style and they had to call me to let me know that New York style is only available in XL.

My family and I order from here at least once a week. Everything on their menu is delicious.
The app on the other hand is terrible. I enjoy the convenience of an app, but usually resort to calling in for some reason.

Great food every time
We’ve never had a bad experience. They are a little more expensive than other places but they also have much better food. Delivery also takes awhile sometimes but they deliver to the Willoughby Hills side of Wickliffe from Willowick so most of the wait is actual drive time. Definitely recommend them over every other chain or local place.

App is garbage
Cannot open an account because “google mapping service cannot locate my address”. Lived here my whole life, that’s my address, the fact that I can’t order a pizza because of this glitch? Stop. Fix your app.

Great food and service, rarely if ever make mistakes on orders or forget the little things like sauces. Only issue is the coupon codes don't always work which is frustrating.

First of all, the food is amazing. That said, this app is a complete game changer. I could order pizza from at least 10 different places near my house, but I always choose Cleveland Pizza Co. because of this app - it's so, so easy!

Everything about the app is great. Ordering smooth and easy. Only down fall is that You can't leave a tip with credit card purchases.
Better but still needs some work...
Coupon codes work sometimes, other times they don't. Adding a new credit card is buggy - it takes the card but doesn't tell you it took it or take you back to the screen (this resulted in my adding one credit card 10 times or more). The interface is still a touch clunky. Do like the fact that it doesn't lose the order anymore if I switch out of the app. Do like some of the other updates. But even for just being what it is this is only a kind of almost good app.
