No follow up
I made an appointment with a PCP. I asked them for several things, most some prescriptions. However they did not follow through. They have no messaging system or number to call to speak with the physician. I had to email their customer support and wait for them to call back. Instead of simply sending over the prescriptions I asked for originally, they wanted to have me make another appointment 2 days after my original appointment and charge me again. Definitely would not use again. Issues unresolved after many emails and phone calls.

Today was one of the most horrible days because of an appointment. I wasn’t able to make. But thank you to this app. They were able to help me and get me my prescriptions that I need I am very grateful. And am so thankful for their help.
After there’s nothing to help with my daughter’s impetigo, which just needs a prescription oral meds

I have used Clever Health on 3 different occasions and I have been incredibly impressed by the speed of their service and the affordability of care and prescriptions provided. Have been waiting I. Hold for an hour with no response, no status of appt and if you leave the app on your phone for any reason you get completely

Should be criminal
I was excited when my heath insurance brought this to me. I loved the idea of the connivence. Had to use it last week when I got sick. Filled out a questionnaire and got a response that was lacking at best. Said you have a viral infection here’s a nose spray and cough suppressant subscription. I never even spoke to a doctor. 4 days later I’m back at the doctor and they misdiagnosed what I had. Another copay and time out of my day. Avoid.

Easy to access professional, competent health care providers and process prescriptions as needed. Today the provider was very helpful and supportive.
Love this app
So granted I have only been with clever health for a month but it’s so convenient and easy to use. Especially the prescription cabinet so I can get my prescription for less money. Now I haven’t tried the virtual care yet I’m debating on trying the primary care or just the virtual care in general see how it works. But if you don’t have clever health you’re definitely missing out.

When I first came down sick, I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection, and they did prescribe a cough medicine and gave me other ideas to help me through my illness.
Then one week later, I became sick again and used the app and found out I had a sinus infection. I was then sent an anabiotic to send to My pharmacy of choice and also other recommendations to help with my sinus infection.
I prefer to use this app when I am sick. It eliminated me having to get out and go to the doctors when I didn’t feel well, as well as not having to pay a co-pay.
I will use it again the next time I become sick.
I am 100% satisfied!

Fast and helpful to resolve the issue
I was able to do this at any time and within 15min I was able to get a resolution and medicine sent to pharmacy to pick up. I wish there was a button to say a little note to the dr so I didn’t have to come back a second time to app up the medicine.

After writing about this app now for the third time I truly feel it deserves a 5 star, I have found a lot of help through this app plus its helped me save money for prescriptions! I hate having to go to the doctors just for them to say its a cold or have them jab those covid test sticks up my nose, this is quicker and if its more serious then they can recommend a more direct specialist or doctor.

So Convenient and Fast!
My daughter had developed a bump on her eyelid and was in some pain. I used the Clever Health app for a virtual care appointment. After answering a few questions and attaching a couple of photos of the area, I had the diagnosis almost immediately and was able to send the prescription to the pharmacy of my choice. We had the prescribed eye ointment in hand within the hour. It was very simple and really fast!

Quickest path to feeling better!
Our whole family loves this Asynchronous telemedicine App! It is so intuitive and fast-I was on my was to feeling better within 6 minutes. The integration with many pharmacies is amazing-I saved money too and knew exactly what my prescription would cost! Amazing!
