Suddenly stopped connecting remotely and control provider unable to explain to me how to reset device. Poor show; it’s worth saying it’s a French design and at times shifts language to French. Result — I will have to change entire CH system. VERY poor, unacceptable
Application ne se connecte plus
C’est incompréhensible, l’application ne se connecte plus et reste en mode chargement indéfiniment.
Logs me out every time I close the app
Since the latest update, it asks me to log in, every single time I go to use the app. I’ve ticked the “stay logged in” box. Soooo annoying.
Constant login issues
The app has a button that says something like “stay logged in”and it has literally never worked. Logging in every time I want to turn my heater on is incredibly annoying.

Après les problèmes de février, le mot de passe fonctionne à nouveau, j’ai pu réinitialiser et me connecter à l’app mais malgré l’option « stay logged in », l’appli se déconnecte systématiquement et il faut saisir le mot de passe à chaque fois qu’on la rouvre.

What a pain
It’s unbelievable to build a nap where you have to log into it every time you want to adjust the heater. Why won’t it remember my password?
Log on since Jan 25 hopeless
Since early January 25, I’ve been unable to login effectively as I did in 2024. The developer rectified some of the problem but still required password re-entry on every occasion.
Since 17 March, it’s now rejecting my entire password, even though it is correct

The update has made the experience worse. Like others have said, every single time I use the app I need to log in, even with “STAY LOGGED IN?” ticked

Fait le job, quand il n’y a pas de problème de login
En 7 ans d’utilisation, je n’ai jamais rencontré de problème pour allumer et éteindre mes radiateurs à distance ou gérer la température par pièce. Néanmoins, dernièrement l’application a souvent été indisponible car impossible de s’y connecter. Le service client étant inexistant, impossible de joindre qui que ce soit quand ça arrive, et aucune information descendante de leur part, ne serait-ce que par e-mail : il faut prendre son mal en patience… L’expérience client est le dernier de leurs soucis. Quant aux mises à jour, ne comptez pas dessus… c’est incompréhensible, pas même un changement de couleur depuis des années :)

Latest update.
What has happened with the latest update ? I have to login again every time I try to use the app!!!! Even though I have ticked remember my password, it doesn’t remember it. The app is slow but I understand the commands are relayed through Finland. But to have to login every time is painful.

Waited for the update to solve many problems but unfortunately I still can’t get the app to show correct time and it won’t let me stay signed in. LVI! Your company needs to get a new app to make your heaters worth the money. Do something

Bien conçue, mais top lente et pas moyen de contacter un Sav. Je ne peux plus reinitialiser le mdp, donc application inutilisable ! Dommage

App giving no access to
I have been using the app for many years now and never had a problem. However since last week it no longer lets me have access. It says password is not correct. I have changed the password and still it doesn’t allow access. Please help and advise.
