I am really very happy. It is much better, and correction is recommended and useful if we make mistakes in grammar and spelling.

No Support

I paid for a full year of CleverType Premium and have been completely locked out of my account. Password reset emails are not being received, making it impossible to log in and use the service I paid for.

I contacted support multiple times on 8, 9, 10, and 11 April 2026, with additional follow ups over the weekend. Despite their stated 12 hour response time, I received no response at all.

I checked spam, junk folders, and verified my iCloud and Private Relay settings everything is working correctly. The issue is clearly on their end, yet there has been zero communication or assistance.

As a paying customer, being unable to access the app and receiving no support is unacceptable. I’ve now had to escalate this through Apple for a refund.

Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend paying for Premium if support is non existent.

Bugs

I really wanted this keyboard to work, however, when I write a paragraph and go back to have it checked. The app converts the entire paragraph into one or two sentences, omitting a lot of the body. This does not work for me because I have to go back rewrite everything and use a different grammar checker to update. Writing I really hope they get this bug fixed cause I really would like to continue using this app.

Perfect Assistent
