Unusable interface for English-eligibility holders

Highly frustrating user experience. My device is in English and I hold certification for my legal right for education in English, yet the interface has no option for language.
As a government app designed to monitor essential school communications and report cards etc, forcing parents to navigate critical school records entirely in french is unacceptable

And the developers claim it can be changed from a menu that doesn’t exist. RICH!

Je reçois des notifications constantes pour rien depuis plus d’un an, impossible de les annuler, très dérangeant à la longue. De plus, très compliqué pour se connecter à l’app, beaucoup trop d’étapes.. Application à améliorer définitivement!!
