It works! Tutorial for foreigners…
Okay, yes it’s wacky but it does work. A nice lady helped me. Here’s what you do…
1) Download the app and select your building; most buildings are by the “building name”, not the address, but it depends on the building. If you’re reading this, yes, your building is a selectable option from the list.
2) Sign up (they solved the verification; it’s email-only now). Also, for the ID number, just select otro (other) and enter your passport number.
3) Now verify your email. Enter the code they sent to your email to verify after you complete the form.
4) Now that you’re in, buy some uses/credits using the button in the top right corner.
5) This app has tons of guides for some reason lol; just click accept on all of them; they don’t matter.
6) Select how many uses you want; I recommend 4 uses (you can always get more later).
7) Select tarjeta (card) as your payment method and pay.
8) Here we go. Now that your account has uses/credits, if you’re at your building go ahead and select the washing machine option NOW while you have wifi/data (because the machines in the basement so they often have no signal; I got lucky because mine had dedicated wifi but yours may not)…ALSO, the machines are usually all in-use if you’re in a busy location, so you will only be able to select a machine that’s available (you can tell by the number; that’s why the number is visible to select, because it corresponds to that washing machine). I think there’s a reservation system, but I haven’t tried it. If you ARE in the basement staring at the machine, and you try to use their WIFI, turn off your VPN! That will interfere with the connection. Assuming all that worked, select yes to activate the numbered machine you want. It’ll take a moment, but it should flash a success message saying the machine you selected is ready.
BY THE WAY…a red light on the machine/panel means the machine is available. A green light means it’s already being used by someone else.
9) When you do, the machine itself will finally activate and be ready for use. Treat it like a normal washing machine and follow any posted instructions on the wall if they have any. Select the settings you want.
10) Bang. Done. Hit start. Repeat that process for the drying machine.
So yeah, it’s not made for foreigners to use, but we CAN use it via this app, and it does work. I recommend that they add language-selection to the app so it’s easier for foreigners to use, but hey it is what it is. That’s how to use it. Confirmed working in April 2026.

Doesn’t Work and Takes Your Money
The app simply doesn’t work. I paid and activated everything but the washer won’t start. What is the point of this?

No puedo iniciar sesión
Nunca llega el mail ni el SMS para activar la cuenta. Intento crearla con otro mail y ni aparecen los consorcios.
Es mala.
Te come lavados/secados, no es precisa con el tiempo q falta para terminar y ahora no te deja ver máquinas disponibles.
