Still fighting for a refund. They don’t respond and make you spend more than your need because of fixed options.

Scam!

They made you download an app, then topup some fixed amount but when you want to take the bike it fails due to authorisation (which my CC never asked).

Waste of money.

We rented 5 bikes - 3 had various levels not working from totally non-functional to literally falling apart (loose frame and wheels). App has no way to return defective bikes. So we paid for 5 bikes to get 2 functional and wasted an hour rental trying to sort it.

Poorly designed bike

The app is acceptable, but all the bikes offered are way too tall. Put in money and can’t use the service.
