Geld storten lukt niet

Kan al maanden geen geld meer storten naar mijn zoon zijn kaart via de app. Of ik nu kies voor betalen via payconiq of via mijn bank app, maakt allemaal niet uit. Na het betalen blijft het scherm laden en draaien. Na enkele minuten zo krijg ik foutmelding dat de betaling niet kon uitgevoerd worden. Doe hier aub iets aan!
