Mercenaries die too often and cost a to to revive, please fix
Very disappointed
I have a very large save file on the Steam version, and I was going out of town for a week. I downloaded the mobile app so I could keep playing while I am away, but for one, I cannot sign in to my Playsaurus account on mobile. Thats the most annoying part. Then I jumped through a bunch of hoops trying to obtain my save file data from my Steam save, only to realize that I also cannot import save data. I realize that 2nd point is not your fault, and it is Apple’s rules, but it makes it all the more important that we should be able to sign in to our Playsaurus accounts. I am NOT doing all that again on my phone, please add this feature. Thanks

Wegen Apple alles weg!
Ich habe dieses Spiel damals durch einen Kumpel kennen gelernt und war direkt komplett in dem Spiel drin. Ich habe so viel erspielt und hatte sogar 7 auto clicker, ein paar habe ich sogar gekauft gehabt. Bis 2019 weiß ich noch dass mein spielstand da war da ich clicker heroes auf einer anderen Plattform auch angefangen hatte und mit dem neuen Profil habe ich mich dann in meine eigenen Gilde eingeladen. Dann spielte ich bis dieses Jahr nicht mehr und musste feststellen dass mein ganzer Fortschritt einfach weg ist und selbst wenn ich den Code fürs übertragen noch hätte hat Apple die Funktion deaktivieren lassen. Ich weiß nicht warum man sowas tun muss aber für eventuelle Leute die nach Jahren mal wieder zurück kommen wegen Nostalgie oder einfach nur langerweile ist das ein Schlag ins Gesicht!

Don't waste time because progress gone instantly
I played this game for about 2 months got up to 200k HZE and I accidentally deleted the app and re downloaded and everything is gone. Very different to all my other games I played where if I delete I can go to my last save or it saves in some way. But this game does not and I emailed playsaurus support and got 0 response. I talked to a discord moderator who was a admin in the game and they said they can't do anything about it. Ridiculous, hopefully you guys can fix this soon and get everyone's progress gone because it would be a good game.

More than half the time I defeat immortal raid bosses instead of collecting rewards, their health drops to .0001. I even tried to spend rubies to try again and the same thing happened, making me waste a ton of rubies…

タイトル通りです。各キャラのレベルアップをスイッチ版と同様にワンタップで買えるだけ購入できるようにして欲しいです。
あと、各キャラの購入できるアイテムの説明文字が小さくて読みづらいです。説明欄に収まる範囲で拡大表示して欲しいです。

Great game
Not much to say other than it’s a great lazy game to play, my only complaint currently is that on the switch the game no longer loads the start button, just stops at the title screen and never loads, I left my switch open with the game running while I went out to see if it might just be loading slowly but even after 25 minutes it’s still not changed at all

Lost acct out of nowhere
I’ve made a couple different purchases on this game and just the other day. My stuff wouldn’t load in softer a couple times of opening the app and closing it looking to see if they needed an update. Sorry I was gonna offload the app and re-download it and once I do, I load back into the game. It takes me in it signs me in on my same account, but all my progress is gone my auto tappers everything.

This game like never ends i’ve been grinding for like 2 months and only have 404m hero cells😭 but its really fun when u don’t have internet 🛜 in the car!
