More spots closer to Sparks street would be nice.

Garbage app , only getting a partial refund when I can’t park on the site due to circumstances out of my control . People are supposed to diagonally park at this parking lot and people are parked straight in a narrow alley and sticking way further out than they need to . Plus there’s massive holes on the opposite side because of the construction happening in the neighbouring building . Making it impossible to maneuver

One Suggestion
I use clicknpark every day as I rent a spot on a monthly basis downtown. The only hassle is having to open my phone, open the app, wait for it to load, open my session, wait for it to load… then I can click “open door”. A widget I can add to either my iPhone Home Screen or my CarPlay (even better) would save so much time and definitely ensure a lifelong customer!

Multiple bad experiences
I paid for parking in TO for the weekend, turned out the lot owners were not associated with clicknpark (got a ticket). More recently I paid for monthly parking, the lot was sold to a new owner who towed my car with no notice (before the date I was told to move my car to a new lot).. which resulted in a ticket. Clicknpark told me i would be reimbursed for both tickets.. have not received any reimbursement. Ive spent 100s of dollars on this app and it’s resulted in me having 100s of dollars of tickets

App keeps closing
I’ve heard great things about the app, downloaded and seemed to be working fine but Everytime it gets to payment the app closes and I have to restart. I’ve tried 10 times to book a spot and the app keeps closing, I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting the app and redownloading. I can’t get it to not close, app just force shuts down and brings me back to the Home Screen.

Avoid this app completely
App does not work but is quick to take your money. Their parking lots are sketchy and the gates often malfunction. When I tired to get ahold of the clicknpark team for help, they are unresponsive and have also hung up on me.

Good app, but sometimes bad spots
The app is good and very convenient.
But I have used it once for one garage, and all the spots dedicated to clicknpark were spots with issues.
One was crammed into a corner near a wall in a way it was impossible to get into, others had big AC machines in the back that prevented to use the whole spot and made it tricky to park into.
I was still able to park into the latter, but it should be made clear BEFORE you pay if the spots are renting have any such issue,

App keeps crashing when trying to make a payment
I’m currently trying to book ahead but every time it gets to the payment window, the app crashes so I’m unable to book :(
Horrible parking experience
Go to park pay them come back to find someone parked behind me now i am stuck and can’t back out keep in mind i have no way home this app is horrible

Garbage app parkings are never available and yet when you go check them there’s 30 different spaces available and when you look for a space they show up on the map as available then when you click on them none of them is available for 6 months somehow? lol

Annoying app
I want to scan and book a spot. It just wants to assign me a space somewhere else. Lots of empty spaces and it says the lot is full. This app causes people to reserve spaces in advance when they don’t need it and then there are empty lots but no space.
Worst parking spaces you can find. No quality control whatsoever!!
If you are looking for the worst parking spaces available, places where you’ll damage your car, get stuck behind someone or arrive at a parking you’ve paid for where no spaces are available, well you have found the app for you. ClicNpark clearly does not validate quality of parkings they offer. I have used the app 4 times for parking and every single time was a bad experience. The last time, the parking they sent me to had concrete debris all around hidden in the snow and many people got their car damaged just while I was there talking to other clients while my car was stuck on a concrete block. I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN. You are much better off going to real parkings with human attendants than gambling on these horrible self served parking nightmares.

Great when visiting the Plateau in Montreal
Parking in the Plateau is always the hardest and most time consuming part of visiting my daughter in Montreal. Clicknpark solves this problem. Great app and great customer service by phone with a real person!
Unimpressed
Came to Montreal from Toronto. Usually use SpotHero but it’s not as popular here so had to get this app. The app is very slow especially when I need to add additional time to my parking spot I paid for. It lags and says “error” and there is no solution. Will not use again and strongly recommend using anything else.
